Our liability is capped at ฿2,000 per job — please carry valuables (cash, jewellery, expensive electronics, important documents) with you.
Prohibited: illegal items, dangerous or flammable goods, perishables, and live animals.
The driver may decline at pick-up if the bags differ from what was declared or contain items we cannot carry — with a full refund.
Please lock your bags — drivers carry them as-is and never open them.
