How do I book with HONG MOVE?

How are fares calculated?
VIP Taxi runs on the meter — ฿150 to start (up to 2 km), then ฿16 per kilometre. Limousine is a fixed price by destination. The full table is on our Rates page.
Which areas do you serve?
We start at Hat Yai International Airport and cover Songkhla and the lower south — including Satun and Phatthalung — as well as Gulf and Andaman tourist routes.
What vehicles do you use?
A 100% electric fleet of newer models such as the JY Air and Deepal S05 — clean, quiet, safe, and emission-free.
Can I book in advance?
Yes, and we recommend it — particularly for early-morning or late-night flights — so a car is guaranteed to be waiting.
Are you insured and properly licensed?
Every trip carries passenger insurance. Our drivers are trained and hold public driving licences, and we operate in full compliance with Department of Land Transport regulations.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and PromptPay. For charter bookings the team sends a QR code to scan. The price is always agreed before you travel — there are no hidden charges.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Let the team know via LINE or by phone before your pick-up time and we will move or cancel it at no charge. (Very late notice may carry conditions if the car has already been dispatched.)
If my flight is delayed, will the driver wait?
We track your flight status from the number you give us, and the driver adjusts the pick-up to your real arrival time. Just add your flight number in the notes when you book.
Where is the pick-up point at Hat Yai Airport?
