Terms of Service

HONG MOVE operates a ride-hailing platform (VIP Taxi / Limousine) through our app and website, connecting passengers with drivers registered with the company. By using the service you accept these terms.

• Identity is verified by phone number and OTP — you must use your own number and keep your code confidential.
• You must be 18 or older, or have your guardian's consent.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to harass drivers, or to create false bookings — we reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach this.

• Fixed prices (per the route table) are shown before you confirm, and are paid in advance by PromptPay QR, card, or mobile banking.
• Metered fares are charged on the real meter and paid on arrival (cash / QR / card).
• Card payments are processed by Opn Payments (Omise) — we do not store full card numbers.
• Tips are voluntary and go to the driver in full.

• You can cancel free of charge before boarding, via the app or the trip tracking page.
• For a paid fixed-price trip cancelled by us, or where no driver can be found, you receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• If you cancel after paying, please contact our team to arrange a refund under the applicable conditions.

We screen drivers and vehicles to our company standards and provide an emergency (SOS) channel in the app. Our liability is as set out under applicable Thai law. Service may be briefly interrupted for maintenance or by events beyond our control.

Collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy (see the “Privacy Policy” page), which forms part of these terms.
